The www.learhotel.com  website provides information on the Lear Sense Hotel and Aberto Restaurant and offers the opportunity to purchase of vacation packages, spa packages and to make restaurant bookings.  The website is owned by Z. Lear Hotel Management, Ltd.  and all those purchasing or inquiring about services offered via the website, or anyone that uploads the website (to be known as: "the purchaser") declares that he/she is aware of this, agrees to its regulations and that neither he/she or any agents acting on his/her behalf will make any claims directly or indirectly against the site or those operating it or from any of the owners or managers or their agents. 
Ownership and Protection of Rights:
Z. Lear Hotel Management Ltd., Tax file512123720 at 5 Shachevitz Street, Gadera (to be known as the "Lear Hotel") has sole copyrights to the website and to any other model associated with the site.  It is forbidden to copy, Xerox, publicize, distribute, sell and change any of the information appearing in the website without written permission of the Lear Hotel.
In addition, the logo, all trade signage and icons appearing in this website (collectively to be known as:  "the trademark") are the sole ownership of the Lear Hotel.  The Lear Hotel has the sole right to shut down or change the website at any time.
Conditions for Use of the Website:
Anyone holding a valid credit card from one of the credit companies noted here may purchase services via the site.  Those companies are: Visa Cal, Visa Leumi Card, Diners' Club, American Express, Isracard and Mastercard.  The purchaser may use this site for the sole purpose of booking and purchasing services and/or to receive information and it is forbidden to use the website for any other purpose. Any bookings made through the website will be done by credit card only and will not be completed without providing all needed credit card information. Credit card details will be used only for the purpose of guaranteeing services booked from the hotel and the card will be charged upon arrival at the hotel.  Illegal use of this website or of any information appearing in the website is a violation of the laws of copyright or additional laws associated with this. The Lear Hotel reserves the right to change from time to time any and all regulations for use of the website. Any dispute, if and when it arises, will be arbitrated only in the Rehovot, Israel law courts.
The Purchaser's Personal Information
When booking services through the website the purchaser will be requested to enter personal details (to be known as: "purchasing details").  The owners of the website and/or its operators and/or any agents acting on their behalf will not be held responsible for any mistakes made by the purchaser while entering information, including errors in choice of the vacation package, dates and any additional services booked by the purchaser via the website.  The Lear Hotel will not be held responsible directly or indirectly for any information not uploaded into the system and/or for any and all technical or other problems which prevent the purchaser from booking services via the website. Entering false information upon purchase of services is a criminal offense and legal action will be taken against these individuals, including compensation for possible damages to the website, the site's operators and/or the owners and/or any agents acting on their behalf.
Making a Reservation
Reservations are made by entering the details of the purchaser:
  1. Making a reservation using a credit card –credit card details are required only for the purpose of guaranteeing the booking. Upon completion of this step the purchaser will receive an automatic email confirming his reservation.  The purchaser should print out this confirmation and bring it with him and present it upon his arrival at the hotel.  This is an automatic confirmation but the actual credit card charge will be made upon arrival at the hotel.
  2. By making a reservation for the Lear Hotel consent is given to receive direct mailings, including promotional and sales materials, via any means of communication which have been provided.  In addition, the purchaser may at any time inform the Lear Hotel that he or she is not interested in receiving emails, by sending a message to: [email protected]
Club Members
A purchaser who indicates that he or she is a member of the Lear Hotel /Aberto Restaurant  Membership Club will at the time of the booking be entitled to the discounts offered to Club members.  If, upon arrival at the hotel, the guest is not in procession of the membership card, the discounts afforded at the time of booking will be revoked and the purchaser will be charged the full price of the package valid at that time.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a reservation,  after said reservation was made through the website and following receipt  of  a confirmation from the Lear Hotel, may be made in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of 1981 (to be known as: "Consumer Protection Law" ) and any amended regulations enacted in the law. 
Any cancellation of a reservation needs to be made in writing using one of the following options: via an email sent to [email protected], by sending a fax to 08-6680089, or by calling the hotel's Reservation Center at 08-6680088 and subsequent receipt of written confirmation of the cancellation by the hotel's booking agent.
  1. A cancellation made from the time of reservation up until 1 week prior to the arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100 NIS or 5% of the package value, the lower of the two.  A cancellation made less than 7 days prior to the date of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the package cost.  A cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to the arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the package cost.
  2. In the case of a non-show without any prior notification, the guest will be billed 100% of the first night's stay.
  3. July, August, holidays and special occasions:  A cancellation made up to 14 business days from the time of booking will be subject to a service charge of 100 NIS or 5% of the package cost, the lower of the two. A cancellation made between 21 and 7 days prior to the arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the package cost.  Any cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date will incur a charge of 100% of the first night's stay.
Amendments/Changes to the Reservation by the Purchaser
Any change or amendment to the reservation must be made solely with the Lear Hotel's Reservation Center and are subject to the regulations of the Consumer Protection Law. Any request for amending/changing a reservation made via the website must be made in writing via registered mail to the Hotel Lear's Reservation Center at 5 Shachevitz Street, Gadera, via email to [email protected],  via fax to 08-6680089, or via written confirmation, including all the reservation amendments, by an agent of the hotel's Reservation Center following a request made by the purchaser by phone to the Center at 08-6680088. Once an amendment/change of the reservation has been made as per the above said, the date of confirmation of this change will be as per the date it was received by mail/fax/email by the Hotel Lear Reservation Center.  In the case that the message is received on a Shabbat or holiday in Israel, the date of the change will be noted as the first working business day afterwards.

No claims regarding amendments/changes to any original reservation unless written proof, signed and authorized b the Hotel Lear Reservation Center, is provided. The purchaser will be responsible for any costs incurred due to the change in the reservation as explained to him/her prior to amending the existing reservation.  
The rates of the published services will change from time to time.
In the case of a discrepancy between the website's published rates and those set by the Lear Hotel, the price given by the Reservation Center will be the determining rate. If there is an increase in the rates of services, this increase will also affect any reservations already made, except in the case that a final written confirmation of the reservation has already been sent by a Hotel Lear Reservation Center agent.
Spa Treatments
Reservations may be made by telephone, Sundays-Thursdays between the hours of                      9:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. and on Fridays between 9:00 a.m. -2:30 p.m.
Changes might be made regarding the treatments offered and costs.
Please arrive at the Spa 15 minutes prior to the time set for the treatment.
Any cancellation of a treatment made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.  Cancellation or amendment of any spa reservation made on the same day  of said treatment will be charged for 100% of the treatment.
Entrance to the spa is limited to 18 years and older.
Spa packages are not subject to additional promotion rates or reductions.
All rates include VAT.
A declaration of health must be signed prior to any use of the spa facilities and before the start of any treatments.
The hotel's rooftop pool is not enclosed and use of the roof top facilities are contingent on weather conditions and space availability,
The Turkish bathhouse is open to all hotel guests on the basis of space availability.

Conditions and Restrictions
  1. The Lear Hotel may cancel or change at any time the conditions for confirming any reservation as well as the rates published on the website.
  2. The rates published on the website are in local currency, the New Israeli Shekel and include VAT.
  3. In the case that a rate is offered in USD, payment will be made according to that day's official exchange rate as set by the Bank of Israel.
  4. Check in at the hotel is at 3:00 p.m. and check out is at 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.  Contingent on space and if no private events are taking place in the hotel on the day of departure, the guest may continue to enjoy the hotel facilities until 6:00 p.m.
  5. Any departure later than those indicated above on any day of the week, will be allowed at a charge and only upon permission of the hotel manager.
  6. Combining multiple promotions or discounts will not be permitted.
  7. Reservations for children under the age of 18 are not allowed at the Lear Hotel and Spa.
  8. Space is limited and all reservations are on the basis of availability.  All reservations must be accompanied by providing personal details of the purchaser and it is essential that all information provided be correct.  The Lear Hotel is not responsible for any mistakes made by the purchaser while entering information into the system, including mistakes of hotel selection, dates, number of guests and any other services booked through the website.
  9. The reservation made via the website is for the purchaser only and only up to two reservations may be made on the same name.
  10. The rates published on the website are in NIS (New Israeli Shekel) for Israeli guests only.  Reservations for guests holding a foreign passport will be given in USD and Euros, according to the price schedule updated for the period of the reservation.
Information and Pictures on the Website
The website contains information provided by the Lear Hotel and by additional parties.  The Lear Hotel is not responsible for the content or quality of the information or any advertisements found on the website.  All pictures appearing on the website are for illustration only.  As the pictures are displayed on the purchaser's home computer and/or are printed from the purchaser's computer, it is possible that there will be differences between the pictures onscreen from the real product.

The website includes references ("links") to additional sites on the internet (to be known as: "the linked site").
The Lear Hotel provides these links only for the convenience of the user and is not responsible for any information found in the linked site or other linked sites to the former, their validity and  legal standing. Should the user decide to open these sites he or she does so on his or her own volition. In order to access the hotel's website - www. learhotel.co.il  -   from any other website, please contact the hotel directly for permission.
Limitation of Liability
  1. Z. Lear Hotel Management Ltdand/or the site managers and/or its owners and/or its managers and/or anyone acting as their agents are not liable for the occurrences of any viruses or other factors which may affect the server through which the website is run and which may in turn damage the purchaser's personal computer at the time he or she accesses the website and/or books services through the website and/or makes any other use of the website.
  2. The Lear Hotel is not liable for any damage caused as the result of failure or delay during use of the website, including during the booking process.
  3.  The Lear Hotel is not liable for any illegal actions on the part of the purchaser while signed on to the website or for any other actions not in its control.
  4. At any stage the Lear Hotel may stop or prevent communication or access by the purchaser to any section of the website.
Changes to the Website
The Lear Hotel may from time to time and without need for prior notice to the purchaser, amend the format of the website, its content, display, conditions for use, scope and accessibility of the services it offers, and any other aspect associated with the site and its operation
